I have 8.5 in IELTS. I am eligible under FSW as I Have 4 years of experience as BA. My CEC one year would be complete in October.

I already qualify for CEC and FSW. Mine 1 year of exp completed last year. Unfortunately I got a few months late in sending my CEC app. because CELPIP dates were not available early and I thought that sending app late would not harm my chances because CIC displayed that quota was not filled. Express entry really screwed me.
Meanwhile Ill try to improve my score - probably retake CELPIP and have ECA done.

BTW does anyone of you have experience in Quebec? My 1 yr of experience is in Montreal so I might got for CSQ as well. No French skills though ???
