i,ve seen three guys they r with me during my application ....i called them ....they r also rejected ......

You got medical on 24th JAN and you are saying I got VISA on 6th JAN ???
What is that?

well yeah that looks weird but I think he meant to say he got visa on 6th feb not 6th jan,,,

AOA. Sharjeel Bro,
I would request for your kind response. I am planning to get flight in first week of April, Inshallah. I have checked on CIC website that I would have to prove at airport in front of Canada border agency that I have sufficient funds to sponsor my studies.
Can I use the same bank account statement that I sent with my Visa file( Account in PkR) and one sponsorship letter by my elder brother(Canadian citizen), or do I need to convert this amount into dollars and take cash with me? What you did, and how was your experience at the airport? What documents they check, and how you proved your financial statement?
Would really appreciate your reply.

congratulations on getting visa, Since I paid my tuition in advance I showed the Immigration officer the letter from Uni stating I have paid certain amount of money,, if u dont pay the fees u can certainly show the latest bank statement of ur account, but I prefer to pay fees
and show that to IO, because she/he will ask u if u have paid ur tuition in advance or not, so its better to pay tuition,,

Another rejection on 10 FEB.
His name is Fawad Ahmed.

Following is his case:

University: Dalhousie
Program : Master of Engineering(Internetworking)
Ist Rejection on 29 November 2013 for January Intake
Reason was : Financial position ( I have showed National Saving Certificates only no cash), ANd FYI, got rejection even after medical.

Again applied on 18 December 2013,
Deferred intake from January to September 2014.
This time showed liquid cash rather saving certificates.
Got Rejection on 10 February 2014.

Well he clearly states that he didnt show any liquid cash only fixed money in terms of national certificate which is not acceptable

No I am asking about when he applied second time. Usman has mentioned he showed liquid cash when he applied second time on 18 dec 2013.

Anyway CIC does these random checks before issuing u visa even after your medical so we should be on our guard.
