Can we send documents(like updated LOA) to CIC when our application is in process? I think we can only send them document when CIC asks for it. I am not sure though.

We 'can' send them documents by quoting our UCI and application number.
It can be consider in both positive and negative sense.

Positive: It reduces time as now CIC wont send you additional email for updated LOA.
Negative: (first, let me clear, negative is not in sense of REJECTION but in sense of delaying the process) It may delay your process further but don't know how.

do you think i should pay my tuition as well as a letter of explanation?

Now what you will do with your tuition receipt as you have already filled your visa?

It is not recommended that once your case has forwarded, you keep sending them "additional documents". I am saying "additional documents" and not the one which required for VISA like LOA (updated LOA).

And sorry it was 6-Feb-14 not January . How much cash should I have with me while coming to Canada (in C$). and Can i Show my bank account (PKR) and sponsorship letter of my elder brother as proof for my finances?

Rest of the guys, please dont lose hope, and on this forum there is lots of information you can use to prepare you application, and if Godforbid d, you have been rejected for visa, pay close attention to details, and then prepare a strong case, and do not forget to write a STRONG Statement of purpose, that why you want to study only in Canada, and particular university?

Dear I applied 8th November for January intake but CHC
Delaying cases therefore I sent email to university for
Defer my intake May or September 2014. Is the point I did
Not sent update LOA in CHC so please tell me how I submit
Or wait till CHC required the latest update LOA.
One more thing I forget write email address in
visa application forms but when submit documents
Through TCS then wrote the email address on envelopes
Therefore I can not receive medical email?????????

of course brother in canada is the biggest disadvantage, I guess u r going to same province ur brother lives in?

No I am going to a different provice so what can I do about it, he lives in Canada so what, I will attach his sponsorship too in my next attempt

The things you need to change in your Explanation are:

Yes can explain that my intentions are only and only to study. Explain them that your parents live in your home country. You have to come back to support them. Ammmm you have some job here. You will come back to continue it. Amm that you are going to Canada so that you can enhance your knowledge and skill and can implement them here in your home country, etc...

Apart from them, yes try for some other province.

what about funds how much u showed ur funds what is ur fees? did u add the line in affidavit that u father declares u will come back,,
