Never!

You can sell it any time (throuh lawyer, or your fa,ily), you can rent it being outside of your country for years.

The only storng ties are : family (wife and children living in a mansion :D), your own business or a very good job you had before going to Canada with prespectives to get even better one after returning.

I have no wife in pak only mother and father, I have 17 year old brother in PAk too, there is no property in my name, only two house nearly of 70lac worth on my fathers name, one in which we are living other one is at rent, my sister is canadian citizen, we dont have any kind of business in Pakistan, I have no travel history before that, but I got my visa, but yeah I wrote quite good SOP and my educational history is quite good too with good IELTS score, so I really dont understand what kind ok family ties they want, hey regina do u have any link which shows what family ties must be shown while applying,

Everybodies' story is different. You wrote a strong SOP and even with your sister in Canada got SP. Other people have some small things that coused their failure.
