Applicants in July 2021 have already received an AOR

I don’t know much about this kind of situation. There is a friend who works in a law firm in our forum. You can consult specifically.

I request if anyone please help me out regarding forms submission via webform. What I understand so far is that we should not upload a scanned version any application form via secure account or webform and we can print all forms and sign only if we are going to submit them by mail.
I’m waiting for any senior member or anyone who had undergone this procedure!

1- So, with reference to form imm0008, do we need Print all 12 pages and scan them again after signature or print the last page , sign it and attach it at the same place? And do we need place barcode pages on the top of this application?
2- Are we supposed to upload photos as well? though it’s not required as per checklist.

ok you have to print all the forms again. Sign and scan them. Upload your wife form via webform but you have to reduce the file size. You have to submit 3-4 webform because there is no way1 webform will fit all documents.
What i did print everything scanned then again reduced there size make the quality low, but still readable. Sent 3 webforms abd in messenge i said please acknowledge all of these 3 emails to make sure you have received them.

note webform have a total file limit of 3.5 mbs

Coz I was searching on google and found this topic by a fellow from US for his Express Entry file and the question was same where IRCC replied him not to upload any scanned version of application form, that’s why I got confused!!

Yeah I got your point that I would have to reduce the size of files in order to send them in 3-4 portions

if you just sign and scan the last pageand the other pages looks sharp that doesn’t look good. Also your file size will be high if you just scan only the last page

I think it is far better to submit all the forms through Canada post and you have a proof of receipt to match the statement in future .

i sent by webform and they replied to all the emails confirming reciept of the documents and they will be added to the file

So, In fact you cannot submit through canada e post coz there are certain ways to submit your forms and documents in the checklist provided by the IRCC and you don’t want to go by your own!
I would also request to our fellow who actually works in a law firm to plz advise us,

So brother, did you merger forms or you submitted all forms separately?

Generic form, background form, and family form were merged other documents separate

you do have the option to send by courier as stated in the letter
