I request if anyone please help me out regarding forms submission via webform. What I understand so far is that we should not upload a scanned version any application form via secure account or webform and we can print all forms and sign only if we are going to submit them by mail.I don’t know much about this kind of situation. There is a friend who works in a law firm in our forum. You can consult specifically.
