Applicants from US - after June 26th

Hi

Trying to create a forum for people applying/ planning to apply under the skilled worker category from US under the new rules - (after June 26th).

Guys/Gals Pls join this thread and lets share information on applications and timings

Hi

One of my friend is applying under new categories. He wants to know:

• Under new rules after 26th June, Do we need to notarize all photocopies of the orignals (as per Visa Office Checklist) while sending initial application to CIO, Sydney, NS
  
  Do we need to send original PCC to CIO or only photocopy to CIO and then after initial approval original to visa office?
  
  Do we need to send marriage photographs with initial application to CIO?
  
  Do we need to send legal and notarized translations of Marriage and Birth Certificates with initial application to CIO?
  
  Do we need to send original university selaed transcripts with initial application to CIO?

Any idea/thoughts?

Guys, I am in the same boat, this PCC will take 3 months to come.... any thoughts?

I think this is our disadvantage over the people applying from another country. FBI background clearance take atleast 4 months (i.e. 12 weeks) . Lets hope that by this time the cap wont be full.
And buffalo asked for 6 months of bank statement, whereas london, new delhi needs only 3 months. Lets hope for good.

YOU ARE CORRECT.. this seems to work to our disadvantage.. anyways cant do much about it.. when did u send the fingerprints to FBI?
