can you please share your visa timeline? when did you receive your biometric validation letter?
Thanks for sharing the information, my time line as follows: for a Work permit
AOR Date: Apr 2020
Medical and additional document requested: Sep 2020
Medical passed Oct 6th 2020
Biometric completion: Oct 20th 2020
BVL Oct 26th 2020.
Still waiting for final decision god knows what to expect and when

two-stage approval process is for the applicants applied on or before 15th Sep 2020; correct?

As per the processing timeline, its 11 weeks for study permits applied in Sri Lanka. Any possibility that the actual grant time could be less than the mentioned weeks? ( coz every weeks its on the rise) 
Processing times shows the average time it get to issue SP, due to covid situation most of the approvals got delayed that's why it's showing as 11 weeks, before covid processing time was 2-4 weeks, since ircc started to provide visas 11 weeks time can be reduced, BTW, can you share your application details please?As per the processing timeline, its 11 weeks for study permits applied in Sri Lanka.
