Applied from Chennai, though a foreigner (Nigerian) have been charged but did not include India police certificate with my application. I have the police certificate with me now but was told in the letter received from CIC not to send them any document unless they request for it
I need advice from experience people, should I send the police certificate or wait till they request for it, knowing fully well that police certificate has expiry date and will soon leave India back to my country.

@ olukemi2 - PCC is optional while sending our application and I guess, you no need to send the PCC now, and when they start processing your application, either CIC or India Visa office will ask you to provide the certificates.

I used Fixed deposit receipt copy notarised and a letter from bank that the a/c and FD is still active.
If you have funds from friends and relatives it should be in your a/c for atleast 3 months before your application received date.. You can also show your mortgage, jewellery, share/debenture, PPF and other liquid instruments

I am new joinee in this forum and I want to Immigrate for Canada..
In this regard, I am ready with all the documents and IELTS Score. Unfortunately my NOC 2134 was not listed in FSW 2014. Now waiting for Express Entry system to launch.
I am having a doubt right throughout the PR process is that first we need to get the PR and search for job or else first search for job and apply for PR.
Can you please provide replies for the above query.

better you compare your experience and try to find the related NOC listed, instead of 2134...
for your Question: either option is okay (first we need to get the PR and search for job or else first search for job and apply for PR)... but getting Job without PR is very difficult w.r.t FSWP.
Im not sure about express entry system, where if you have job offer, you can easily get the PR.
