Hello Friends,

I got some questions. I did medical on 15 October 2012 and delivered to NDVO on 19 October 2012. PPs and RPRF delivered on 22 October 2012. RPRF encashed on 30 october 2012. My e-cas is still showing in-process no medical received line added yet.

I called my dmp to confirm if medical were delivered and dmp said they were delivered and also gave me a tracking number and dmp told me i have no medical issues. everything is fine.

So why are they not updating medical received line in my e-cas like other people get this line updated in their ecas after 1-2 weeks. Is there any issue with my medical or something, that's making them not to update my e-cas?

Please help guys. Any suggestion would be really appreciated.

Thank you
