As u advised, I have ordered Gcms notes which I
should receive in next 30 days.
Now I have a question for u, my ecas outside
as u login says Application "IN Process".if u click
this link the inside it says"we have received your application
on xxxxxx".what I need to know from u is does it mean
they havn't started process yet.Receive date showing is feb 2012.
Bit confusing this for me.anyway things will be clear when
I get the Gcms notes.your idea is appreciated.

No.....as per ur ecas, they have not started processing.

It means eligibility in GCMS would be "In Progress" and medicals, security in GCMS would be "Not started".

In Process in ecas for MI3 means the below:
"Application Received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
We have received your application and will review it in order of receipt. We will send you an acknowledgement letter.

Documentation Verified by CIC
We are reviewing your application to make sure it is complete and that no documents are missing. We will return incomplete applications for resubmission.

An Interview May be Required
We will review the application and decide if an interview is necessary. If so, we will inform you in writing of the date, time and location of the interview."

Ok,I got it.Actually I think they should update status on ecas,I am
saying this because I send application to centralised office in Canada
and I contacted them for change of address and they said they have
transferred my application to LVO, hence I updated them with new
address which eventually appears in ecas.
I got AOR from nova scotia and also PER afterwords aswel.
I am unable to understand that handfull applications which were send around
that time or after have got decisions or at least MR.

Dear you should visit the below thread........no one can predict with any VOs.....even I can say that some applns after me from NDVO have recd MR or even got visas.....but we can't do anything......sometimes some applns take longer to get processed for reasons unknown to us.

I have learnt to be patient.....the quicker you learn to be patient, the better it is for you(believe me, you are going to need plenty of patience and luck when you are dealing with LVO). Don't expect overnight miracles with LVO.

How did you know about BF'D........there are only due dates in GCMS.......due dates can be breached/extended, if the appln warrants more time for processing.

1-3 months for DM after 3rd line, most probably......though there have been cases where it has took even 6 months or longer(due to prolonged security checks )

Just to let you know guys.....some people who asked us even the smallest of matters regarding FSW PR....didn't find it worth to inform us of their landing.....just like barack, dentist82 falls in the same category
