I saw many people getting DM around 10-30days after 3rd line in ecas.

as this last stage waiting is killing me.

I'm saying it now and I have said it earlier.......order GCMS thru www.visafile.info........I had said it a month back.......the best time to order GCMS is after 2nd line is added in ecas......you would definitely come to know what senior visa officer thinks of your case.......In many GCMS notes after 2nd line in ecas, I have seen the below:
"ECD-Plz request medicals,PCC,RPRF and old and new passports".

At the most, $25 would be wasted if you receive MR before GCMS, but it would definitely ease your tensions.
PS:ECD may be Economic class department, according to me.
