Friends, finally my wait is over !

Received my PP with visa stamped along with COPR ! Visa was issued on 10 September (the day on which my e-case disappear).

My dream to become Canadian PR since Dec 2003, comes to an end.

Here is my timeline since Dec 2003 :

First applied on Dec 2003 (NOC 2123)
Updated on July 2008


Since then my old application hanging around NDVO with out any progress

Again applied under MI3 on 23 Aug, 2011
Received PER on 16 Nov, 2011
Received AOR on 15 Dec, 2011

Received MR/PPR/RPRF on July 25

Sent MR/RPRF/PP on 31 July, 2012

MR line updated on 17 Aug

DM on 10 September

Visa issued on 10 September and received today 18 September.

Generally the package is received by the cleak and after receiving clerk forward it to reception, and after receiving your package they will entry it in their reception book then they forward the package to your respective IO for the needful,

If you are India then it will be by email but if you are in abroad then by post but some guys did get by email in that case as well.. so there are exceptions...

I think 90% of all applicants received it by email, I am outside India and received it by email. I dont know someone noticed it or not those who received by post mail (outside Canada) might have missed to mention their email address.

You can receive it anytime, but since NDVO issues it(in 90% of cases, you will get MR by noon IST).

Though I have even seen a NDVO applicant(don't remember his/her name), but he got MR on Sunday night).

So strange things happen, but if you goin to receive MR, it would be in the morning

Yes, NDVO issues MR only by email now-a-days......if you have not mentioned your email address or its incorrect, only then they issue MR thru post....as it not only saves time but also money for NDVO
