If our documents are in VO and candidate get married then spouse bank draft of 550 $ should me made payable tp visa office or receiver general of canada???

Dear jaggy,processing start means U have very bright chances to get MR soon.. though it took me one month to get MR after that 2nd line update but some ppl may get it in a week from that update. Basically I have discus that issue with some seniors and they said that NDVO does full docs verification on random applicants and that may take time,so that I got MR late as I was on of that random applicant.
Rest of the applicants gets MR in a week from that update...I wish u may lie in second kind of ppl where they skip the BC of all docs.
