Knowledge of local area>>If u have applied for a job and employer will ask u this post is available @ ABCD location and u must be watching his face,coz u don't know where that place is and how to get there @ 6AM of morning.
Culture>>Help u to mix up with ppl at work place
Flexibility>>if employer would say that shift pattern is 6AM-02PM,2PM-10PM and 10PM to 6AM that includes evening weekends...then u may be numb if u have family or not want to work in nights and weekend so flexibility matters a lot
Evaluation>>Someone working in India as a Account Analysis,never expect the same designation in Canada coz working culture is different,your skills may not fit there......so evaluate your skills/experience with job requirement.

@ School Example: Let me make the story simple for you baby, When I was doing B-Tech, there were 40 Student(bache) in my batch/class. All of us got passed out then we all got jobs (kissi ko jaldi milli,kissi ko late). But now my batch mates are making between 40 thousand a month to two lacs a month.
Saare student/bache ek class mei they, but they are on different packages like 40 thousand,60thousand or 80,90 etc. Come to the point now "this is their skill and luck which is earning them diff package" Smajah aayi budhu, Samay se jayada or woqt se pehle kissi ko kuch nahi milta mere bhai. Same as some ppl are getting $12/HR in Canada and others are $20 and more.

ager aap ko job ki jaroorat hai toh employer ki according package milega or
ager employer ko aap ki jarrorat hai toh package aap ke according milega.
Mera maksad kissi ko chota dikhana nahi, mera maksad hai ki be prepare for western work stile and get a job rather than making excuse and wasting your time. Baaki ager mirchi laggi ho toh dhoo lena. Mei pendu banda haan par kisse da burra nahi sochda ya karda.
