Thanks and Good Luck

Hi, the same point miscalculation happened to me at Jan.2012 just after transmition of my file to Warsaw after waiting 3 years from application at march.2009; this made shock to me as the refusal letter was hopeless to make appeals, they informed me the only way is to make a New application and start from zero point :o :-[ :'( :'( :o, Any how I reviewed CIC website for recent instructions I pleased when I felt a mistake in calculation of 65 as they missed my postgraduate degree which I finished at 2010 and sent my 2010 certificate of that one year after my complete application, immediately I sent an e-mail to WVO and attached a copy of my new certificate and they answered positively that my file was reopened and points given accordingly, this extinguished the fire in my heart. ;) ;) :-* :-*
Respectfully,

That was really irritating.. but after all a big relief to you...

what is the current status of your application...?

Rawlin

They have not ignored MI3...the news I'm going to share will confirm this:

One of my friends from Mumbai: His timelines

NOC: 7241
Appln recd at CIO: 23rd March 2012
PER:2nd April 2012
AOR: Never recd till now
VO: NDVO
He got 2nd line added in ecas yesterday, that they started processing on 6 July,2012.

Now, he and myself belong to the same NOC. His appln never recd AOR. He is not a single applicant and he got PER after me.

Now as a human.....I'm bound to be jealous and worried........It may mean NDVO processing files haphazardly based on NOCs(but still that would mean I'm processed before him).

But than I remember the most important thing I have always said to myself, ur time has still not come to land foot on Canada. In short, be positive.......as much as we congratulate others out here, there a human nature that would always make us worry about ourselves ;)

PS: Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for everyone who got Visas lately and who got DM :-* But forgive me I'm human afterall :-[

Dear Jigar say to god

ભગવાન સૌનું ભલું કરે
પણ શરૂઆત મારાથી કરે That means Almighty do good for everyone but put me in priority

After all we are human being and our right to say this

Same feeling like you

Hello Everyone.

First of all, Congratulations to everyone...Many people have received their passports back.

I have been a silent follower of this thread. I submitted my application in Dec, 2011 and today, I got MR/PPR/PCC/RPRF request.

My Situation - I am currently working on a work permit in Toronto and NDVO is my visa office for PR processing. I cannot go to India because I can't take off from work for long.

Questions -
1. How I can submit the passport to NDVO? (send it through relatives/friends/Fedex)?

2. My Current mailing address in ECAS is Toronto Address. Question - Hope all goes well, where will NDVO send my stamped passport back (Indian address/Toronto Address). NDVO has not even asked for any indian address in the email.

3. How does NDVO sends the passport back - Speed post/DHL/other posts?

4. Has anyone received passport back at Canadian Address.

4. For Medicals, NDVO sent an attachment in the email - "Medical Instructions.pdf" and they mentioned that

These instructions apply to applicants who will be completing their medical examination in India,
Nepal or Bhutan
. If you (or any of your family members) intend to complete your examination in
any other country
, please inform our office and we will provide alternate instructions and forms. To
expedite a response, please contact us by email (see www.india.gc.ca for contact details).

Question - Can I go to any DMP in Canada or Do I have to contact NDVO first to get the details for Canadian DMPs and then only get medical done.

Can you please help me to get answers to these questions.

Thanks in Advance to everyone.

Thanks dude... There is some good news.. Check the following post...
