Yes, they had requested all 4 items - Medical, RPRF, PCC and Passports....Dont know the status if they encashed the RPRF since I have to yet get feedback for that from the lawyer but I see Medical Received line in E-cas....

NDVO sends a form for each applicant which includes basic information about you UCI no, application no. etc as well as your address etc. Bottom portion of the form includes details which the DMP has to fill out. There is also a section for photograph of applicant. When you need to go to DMP, you need this form, your passport and photographs along with DMP fees....
At the DMP office, they will keep this form and give you a receipt as proof that you did the Medicals....I had scanned the receipt and sent it to my lawyer who sent it to NDVO since they were anyways sending my PCC to them....

I just read the AOR email & instructions carefully & found that they say after you submitted your full application .

It means if its "6 months after you submitted your full application" in NS & you did not hear from NDVO then you can contact them...

please make me correct if I am wrong... So all December applicants can send an email if they haven't heard anything from them yet.
