dear prince ji, babbu bro have already give u the answer. When I went to cafe to check my status after a week,there was a new line(medical received) added in ecas under DM. I got scared coz I wasn't expecting my DM that early.thanks God.
Next day, my canada address was also there,Im waiting for my PP.

Dear SERGE u wer done wid ur medicals on 21st MAy. Did they updated "MEDICALS RECEIVED"(if yes when)

or u got ur DM straightaway...

he had confirmed that he wasn't a frequent user of internet and when he noticed his ecas after a while...It was updated to DM and MR line was also there... U can find it on same thread (go back on few pages)...
