But its LVO.....so don't expect MR soon......they take time for everything........I hope by end of tis month u would receive MR(but no PPR)

thanx jaggy, So my case would be treated normal as yours? Passport ppl had also put our old passport number on the new one, so visa officer can verify the identity easily..isn't it?

In case of DMP; you must be having new passport & new passport is having OLD passport number...

VO don't verify the Passports; if they have any concerns then they will ask you to reissue the passport.

I have renewed my passport too & haven't submitted yet & my old passport was expiring in Nov; so I renewed it... Now; I think that once they send PP request then I will be sending the OLD & NEW passports together...

Rest please correct me if I am wrong...

i know LVO is slow,but i read somewhere in forum that they prioritizing 2011 applicants so i'm hopping for the best.

Nice to see you, well I dont have any specific answer for your questions, but I do know that history of travel can effect duration of checks. Like you I have been working on the cruise liner ( some weeks I visit 5 countries in 5 days ) , my application is also pending, even after having a very strong application I know applicants who applied before me who got medicals and PPR. Maybe trips abroad has something to do with it OR maybe different visa officers handle things differently.

Its just a waiting game as your medicals are done, your almost there. Good luck....

I dont understand on what Bundiyal time I have submitted my application nothing moving on my way.It almost 7 months after AOR on 15 june but they even not replied my Fax query made on 2nd june.No ECAS update, no Medical request,No refusal,No acceptance Its stage of nearly Nervous Brake down But I would hold my nerv strong AND tell my self

From what I can see as per NDVO applicants......ur BC is also over...they only need to issue MR now(for sum reason they take time)......I can be wrong.

But seen many members especially Naikabhay......his ecas was updated wid the same line one saturday evening "we started processing on XX" and on Monday he recd MR,PPR and RPRF.

But LVO will only issue a MR and PPR,RPRF later after SC
