Oh so hope your consultant has already asked for rectified form for your daughter....So in case of your AUS PCC ...I am very sure you dont have to update it coz if you havent been there after 2010 then what can u update them on? please email the IO asap in consultation with your consultant...hope it helps u...

absolutely ridiculous....how they can do a school boy error to put wrong DOB of your daughter. Make sure that your consultant had
send the right information to cic about your kids.

You can also ask them about the PCC issue to, bcoz its clearly mention on cic web site...check the link I have posted...!!!
or don't waste time and apply for a fresh PCC from Australia..!!! I'm really shocking

I need your opinion....do you agree to remove those members from spread sheets,who have't update or confirm their e-cas status....I think these ppl have left their details here on thread and never bother to look back...this is your thread and I need your views for that...coz we all are spending our precious time here and we don't need to keep unnecessary data coz there might be update in their details and they haven't told us!!

Now my application had already two and half months. So my Bank draft is expires on 7th of May (3 month validity). So what should I do? If they start processing after that I will get my application back. (As the same thing happen previously also)

Hi guys.....I hope u remember that I needed to send revised current bank certification letter to NDVO after I recd my AOR bcoz ther wer date issues in the previous letter(date mentioned as 29.02.2011 instead of 29.02.2012).

I just send it today......but there is another small problem for which I need ur help guys.

My current employer has only mentioned 3 duties in my ref letter .....rest all in the ref letter is ok.

I could not ask him to provide detailed job duties as I did not want him to know at that moment that I was goin for PR.Now I had a wrd wid him nd tld him that verificaton call cn cme at ny time after AOR frm NDVO and he said its fine nd provide all details.

Just to clarify would those 3 job duties mentioned can reject my case?Im a bit anxious and m always thinkin abt it....

I think it would be ideal to update your job duties and attach a letter explaining your predicament,send them the sam urgently. Nowadays there has been many instances of refusal with regards to job duties mentioned when IO reviews a file....

I already send them a cover letter and supportin revised bank letter doc today....my bro is sayin if u send such letter it may unnecessarily raise suspicion on ur file.

he says that if they want detailed job description they will verify wid employer.

Im very confused ....I guess though I should have not provided a new letter but I should have mentioned in the cover letter my situation

I think that you have got the file number & CIO Sydney has approved your case so you will be getting your medicals for sure. Rest its your wish to add on something at this stage. But I read somewhere that they don't entitle any additional information later(until & unless they ask for it)
