hy bro, got my PER on 2$ april wen can i expect my AOR from NDVO? and how long it takes to cross the final line i mean GETTING PR...if everything falls in place properly...and 1 more thing do NDVO does the background check for everyone or just the suspected ones or random checks?

Is it Okay to present simple pictures of marriage ceremony?? I mean my parents already spent million rupees on my previous marriage and history won't definitely repeat. I will go with court marriage this time so, won't have video or photo guys. Will CIC okay with few snpas from personal cam??

I would suggest to have some small occasions like ROKKA, Ring ceremony, Court marriage pics & certificate & small reception party if applicable...
(At-least 50-60 pics recommended for newly married couple)

Rest they will ask for an interview if they still be having any doubts..

your aor will be issued between 20 May to 05 June...Yeh babbu ki bhvisyawani hai..!!!

Actually you can calculate the time interval of all members in forum...you can note when ppl got AOR and PER..

I hope that will work, no one can give you exact date of it...best of luck

Hello All

I have a question about the funds you know I need to show 8.5 lacs INR ($17000 odd )

I have enough funds but I have only 3+ lacs on my name & rest of the money is joint FDR on my dad & my name as he is Sr. citizen so we made deposits on his name. (First name & then my name)

I have enclosed a affidavit from my dad that this money belongs to me & he has no objection If i use this money for immigration purpose. I have also included the photocopies of FDRs which has my dad's & my name. I also got a letter from bank on their letter head on which bank has mentioned mine & my dad's name with FDRs number & stated that we have following FDRs with them..

Please update if I only have to have funds on my name or Joint FDR will work...
