Dear I have not mentioned Post Box no in the Address as suggested by someone.
Now as per courier company the material is already reached at NDVO.

But due to absence of post box no whether any problem could come to reach at VO desk

The best take is to go for tracking number and find out the person who signed/stamp the package...
Cause the Shantipath,Chanakyapuri is crowed with lots of embassy....So if you have used POBox then the package will surely be open via Canadian high commission staff who is designated to this job of checking the PO box...
If you have stated Canadian High Commission in address then i think you will be fine...
Good luck

Regards, Spartan!P.O. Box is used only when u send via Indian post. If u use courier u don't need to mention it and nothing wrong even if u mention.

jaggy bhai, is there any chance of rejection at this stage. I mean can the decision be negative. That's y I m more concerned abt Canadian address. Normally how many days will thay take to update the address.

99.999%(it means 100%) no chances of rejection........give them a week and even the Canadian town/address would be updated in ecas. :)
