I wanna make a serious advice here, as everyone is worried bout jobs there in Canada start looking your option from here only we are in 3G world guys. what you wanna know just google it look for employer requirement in your field or work.

My best advice to you all is doesn't matter you are earning 30-40 lack per annual. don't think u ll get same package there and it is fact. GO THERE AND STUDY IN YOUR FIELD ENHANCE YOUR SKILLS ACCORDING TO CANADIAN EMPLOYERS REQUIREMENTS.

Govt. will help you to get loans so study and work 20hrs in a week and repay your loan after studies. don't just go and look for jobs. if u do so u l definitely get jobs which r not in your field.

Start coordination with your universities here, may b Canadian uni's ask for your sealed docs directly to send them from uni in India. at that time don't put your self in trouble make sure u arrange everything from here before hand.

Canada needs patience and efforts babyyyyyyyyyyyyyy......

File transferred to Singapore: April 2012
Letter From CHC singapore regarding acknowledgement of file received: April 2012
Online status: In process (Since March 2012)

Have been waiting for 5 months noe, but there has been no change in the status or any correspondence from CIC/ CHC.
What should I expect?
Is this "normal"?

Calculate your wait from the date your file is received by your VO...
between 3-6 months ..
After that CSE to VO and then to order GCMS/CAPIS....

good explanation but doesn't fit to someone landing with wife and kids...coz being a man u are the bread earner of family...
if possible land without family..u can stay at share accommodation and save some money !! Overheads are less comparability
and u can focus on study!!

I'm agreed with Nirmaan,if u need a job in uR field then u need to study in Canada!!

Prayers from my side for all the applicant quick process,
I wish your VO to wake up early and do the needful to the application or else the pause bottom which is pressed to fluent the process of MI1 , MI2 and M1 3 will be in vain...
The Aor which receive from our VO new delhi has clearly state us to feedback them only after 6 months and the whole PR process will shape within 10 months time limits,

Do we have to carry filled PR card forms at the time of landing, or we get at port of entry ?

If we can fill it prior to landing does the form require all the info in it, it is bit confusing.

You don't need to fill it prior to landing.......when you land.....ask @ POE, they will guide you
