Get a pcc from Regional Passport office which have issued Ur passport..!!
that will cover everything and don't get confused if u have lived at diff place!!

babbu bhai u got pcc from uk isnt it? and also submitted...can u PM me like the general format of what they write in certificate...
the australian pcc which i submitted to ndvo just says my name,dob, and says no adverse information of this person as on date ****...bas finish ho gaya letter...
