Firstly Congratulations on receiving M.R!!!!
Getting PCC @ ND passport office is easy, it will take approx.2-3 weeks..they might keep ur passport for the same duration...U will have to fill up a PCC request form...with ur details n for the purpose required i.e "immigration". Make sure u apply for PCC 1st & then sent ur passport to NDVO along with the PCC. You can also attach the PCC request letter from NDVO..

Hey bro u r totally mistaken. I pcc is matter of one day now, if the present address and address in passport is same. Or else it will abt 1 or 2 weeks and they don't are not keeping passports now. Once all the verification is done in the second case they ll call u and then u go to the office and collect the certificate and get ur passport stamped with endorsement. This is the process in the passport office . Never go to the S.P office or commissioner office because this takes 2 or 3 weeks as u said

I am from Brazil, my VO is Sao Paulo and they are like LVO they do not send AOR so, after PER we just have any news when MR is issued.

I wish you and anyone here a good luck and a speed process!! ;D

that is typical CIC style!! but never mind..if they won't issue the AOR, our main motive is to get PR!! hope fully you shall get it soon

Shall i need to take my all reports at the time of medical or not? Does it make any problem at the time of medical.

See, the doctor undresses u .so u can not hide the cut. So tell him no problem. It doesn't make any problem. I know someone who got artificial leg got PR, BUT THE DOCTOR ASKED HIM TO WALK AND RUN IN FRONT OF HIM. And he showed every thing and he got PR. HE is now in Canada. So don't worry. All the best

IT DOESN'T BUT DON'T SMOKE FOR A WEEK BEFORE SO THAT IT DOESN'T APPEAR IN THE X RAY. SEE IF THERE IS TOO MUCH SMOKE IN X RAY HE MAY ASK U TO GO THROUGH MORE CHECK UPS, SO WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. AND EVEN U CAN LIE THAT U DON'T SMOKE WHEN UR LUNGS ARE CLEAR IN THE X RAY. BETTER STOP SMOKING, IT KILLS U.
