I need big help from seniors here " FOR PCC DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE THEM INDIAN PCC AGAIN, THEY MENTIONED NZ PCC IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BUT THEY ALSO PROVIDED THE FORMAT TO BE SENT TO NZ PCC ISSUING AUTHORITIES. BIG QUESTION HERE I WAS IN CANADA AS WELL I SENT MY PCC OF CANADA WITH MY APPLICATION. DO I HAVE TO GET IT AGAIN FROM CANADA.

they highlight only NZ PCC part but didnt mention bout india and canada. this is what confusing me

experience holders please share and advise
Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination for
yourself. This must be received at this office by: 08/18/2012
Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for yourself. This must be received at this
office by: 08/18/2012
From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer
since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for yourself. FROM
NEW ZEALAND.The PCC submitted is not acceptable. Please find attached NZ Police
Certificate request with this letter. This must be received at this office by: 08/18/2012
Valid passport or travel document for yourself. All old and current passports. [after all
requirements are met] This must be received at this office by: 08/18/2012
(Date format is MM/DD/YYYY)

In my opinion the format on which you submit the PCC(NZ) is different then the required PCC for CIC. So it would be best for you to submit a new pcc(NZ) in the format CIC has forwarded(Attachment). If you dont forward the PCC as per CIC your BC will be hold and also if crossing the deadline it might create a difficult situation..Especially when a deadline is set then its better to forward them asap....This is the last hurdle i wish you all the luck to clear it and go forward to achieve your maple stamp in your PP.

agreed with spartan...may be wat u have submitted already from New Zealand is not the correct format...wat i understand is You have to submitt P.C.C from every country including canada again

Well i believe it is not mendatory, but we write it for our satisfaction. I suppose u have send a single cover along with yr passport, RPRF DD & Medical Done report. If it is like that then don't worry, they will take care of it.

When u have sent it?

Ask yr bank for clearance of RPRF. They are generally encashing RPRF DD within 10 to 15 days they receive it.

Don't worry everything will be fine.

yes barak year persnl detail including file no. And if the dd is fr 2/3 persons-better to write their details too.
I don't know is it mandatory or not and can't comment on any problem may occur or not.
I sent them a cover letter with all details DD no.bank name,issue date.medical completation receipt no.,all passpost nos. And signed the letter.
Me and tushar did the same.

I pray that u forgot to mention the details may not create any glinch,b'cos there may be many applicant like u,and they deal these issues on daily basis.

No problem, nothing to worry if you have DM on ecas means your case has been final just wait for PP to come back with Maple leaf,
Do call CCC every Wednesday.

Sound very impressive..!!! especially the trip to Canada!! lol

I have watched this movie.. this real fun , we had booked 40 out of 70 seats in a mini theater in mumbai and all went together. It does has a great story or something but comedy is good, specially the Wrongly pronounced english words, like Apartment nu compartment, and relax nu salex.. my son also enjoyed the broken english. you can also relate to certain things in this movie as it is also about going to canada, doing odd jobs and living there...

Dear Friends,
Please advice on my issue.

I got the refusal letter on the basis of JD mismatch along-with Original docs.
My name, address and contact details written on refusal letter was correct.
But the reference they used under the heading of 'Our File' : B0XXXXXXXX was neither my old file number nor my new file number.

What do you think? People those got their refusal letter has different "file number' written on the letter as mine. Or they have their own file number written on the refusal letter??

Kindly guide me for further action? What shoudl I do ??
