Yes....u worrying unnecessarily.......plz remember that worrying won't help in the processing of ur appln.......u would get ur MR, once it is destined.....that date is already written sumwhere in ur destiny......don't look if others are getting MR or sumthing, u have done ur best now sit and enjoy the process.

I hope u take my words in the right spirit!

I made certain rules and follow it even now to stay happy and not get depressed. I'm an optimist by heart, so plz don't take my comments negatively.

If it takes a lot of time to finalize ur appln, just remember this for life:
1.Thats not the end of the world! It doesn't change anything in life. Things continue to be as excellent as they were before.
2.Think postively but be ready to face failures, they make you stronger in life.
3.We did our best.........gettin a visa(even processing) or rejection is not in our hands.
4.We can always apply a second time, by rectifying our mistakes if any....Think about it.
5.If you meant to be in Canada..........you will definitely be there.

GOOD MORNING FRIENDS

Today (June 18th) the Bill C38 will get the third-reading and will go to the senate.

As of 11PM, Thursday dt. Jun-14, 2012, the Omnibus Budget Bill C38 stands 'passed' by the parliament, with certain changes in many of it's sections, however the section on IRPA [Immigr. & Refugee Protection Act] remaining mainly intact.

Part-4, Div-54 of Bill C38 summarily dismisses approx. 300,000 pending FSW applications filed on or before Feb-27, 2008 effectively. Wherein, an estimated $130 million of processing fees will be refunded to the 'lost' applicants, without interest fees and without any legal right of remedy or indemnity. The bill is to get a third-reading on Monday, Jun-18, 2012 then it goes to Senate, where it's likely to be formulated into a 'law'.

Future of immigrant investor program uncertain

Immigration Canada Minister Jason Kenney has taken steps this year to modernize and progress Canada’s immigrant investor program in order to maximize benefits to the Canadian economy. While certain critics argue that this program offers little benefit to Canada, the initiative is considered so attractive to potential Canadian immigration candidates that last year’s application window was closed within 30 minutes. The Canada immigration investor program allows wealthy immigration applicants and their families the opportunity to become Canada permanent residents in exchange for money.

Kenney believes that the $800,000 minimum investment required under the current system and the $1.6 million net worth requirement is too low and that Canada needs to consider making it a permanent contribution to the Canadian economy rather than just a temporary loan. Individuals will pay hefty fees to come to Canada and it is in Canada’s interest to raise the minimum required investment. Another idea of Kenney’s is that immigration applicants under this program be required to make an active investment, which would require that participants prove their contribution has created for example, jobs.

The current $800,000 investment in question is generally given to provinces so that these provinces can invest in economic-development projects. The federal government has complained that provinces such as Ontario haven't put the cash to good use and have instead let much of it lie dormant in accounts.

The government has continued to process applications in the weeks since Canadian immigration investor program modifications were announced. Whether the government will eliminate the immigrant investor backlog by returning applications and telling these potential investors to re-apply under the new system as will soon be the case for the skilled worker Canada program is yet to be determined. Kenney has said he expects the revamped investor program to be in place by the end of the year.

I am applying for category Insurance adjusters and claims examiners , as I have all the documentation set in place just need help in form of sample reference letters which I need to submit along with my application under Insurance adjusters and claims examiners -1312.

If any one can email me the same or guide me as to which points I should not miss out upon that will really help me a lot.

Regards

Deep

Dear Deep,
As per my opinion there are two types of insurance...
1. Life insurance
2. Non- Life Insurance

As per the life insurance you have to be working in Claim department have to be an examiner regarding the health and medical plan...If you have experience in that you will only meet few duties of the NOC 1233/1312.. So i still recommend you to check all the duties of NOC 1233/1312 ....
For insurance adjuster you have to be licensed by the regulatory body to do survey on P & C....

As per my Knowledge generally in our country adjuster are the moderator between insurance company and client..A insurance adjuster can not work in insurance company as claim examiner...So please clear us are you adjuster or examiner...

But, if you work in Non life insurance in P&C claim department you will meet many requirement of NOC 1233/1312

http://www.greatsampleresume.com/Cover-Letters/Claims-Examiner-Cover-Letter.html
this might be helpful..

Please select that sample letter where all of your duties regarding NOC is mention..
# Dont copy paste all the duties cause in life insurance your all duties will not meet the NOC duties only few will meet...

Warm regards,

Alberta Pilot Projet for Occupation-Specific Work Permits

Citizenship and Immigration Canada extend the application deadline for participants of the steamfitter/pipefitter pilot project for at least one more year.

Lunched as a pilot project on June 1st, 2011 the Alberta-based Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) helped to address the province’s short-term labour demands by granting several temporary work permits to foreign nationals. The program’s unique feature is that it does not require a Labour Market Opinion (LMO) from Service Canada as an application requirement. It is for this reason that eligible applicants are attracted to the Temporary Foreign Worker program, as the LMO is often seen as one of the more difficult documents to acquire for a regular work permit application.

To be considered eligible for the program, applicants must be foreign nationals entering Canada as TFWs who have already received an initial job offer for a Steamfitter-Pipefitter position located in Alberta. This job offer can be made by an individual employer or by somebody offering a job on behalf of a recognized group of employers acknowledged by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada and Human Resources and Skills Development Canada GoE Pilot. Alternatively uncertified applicants can obtain Steamfitter-Pipefitter certification from the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training system.

The switch from an employer-specific approach towards occupation-specific work permits was designed to target temporary foreign workers in the engineering, construction and procurement industries.

My status changed to Decision Made on May 3rd and they sent the stamped passports, COPR and original experience certificates and IELTS document on May 4th. Yesterday I mean on May 5th I received a call from Newdelhi immigration section asking me to return all the documents along with stamped passport back as there is some correction to be made in them. I checked all the documents for any errors, unfortunately I couldnt find any. Anyway, I have sent everything back today.
Has this happened to any one? Is it any kind of rejection?
