SOMEWHERE IN OTHER THREAD I READ THAT APPLICANT GOT PER FROM CIO IN JAN 2011 AND AFTER HIS FILE REACHED NDVO FOR FURTHUR PROCESSING HE GOT RBVO..WHEN HIS FILE WENT INTO PROCESSING..FEW DAYS AFTER HE GOT NER FROM NDVO..HOW IS IT POSSIBLE...
MY POINT IS
WHETHER NDVO(or any other loval visa office) CAN GIVE NER AFTER APPLICANT GOT PER FROM CIO? (MI2&MI3 APPLICANTS) AND
IF YES THAN ON WHAT BASIS THEY GIVE NER?(THEY HAVE SAME DOCUMENTS AND PAPERS THAT WERE WITH CIO HEAD OFICE)

Yes it is likely to happen, cause London VO issues rejection after being eligible by CIO so the VO has right to Issue NER but if Provided AOR then its a safer side for the applicant, its my personal opinion ....Generally NDVO does not issue NER directly it give applicant a chance to submit the updated document then only NER is issued as per my understanding...

Yes it is likely to happen, cause London VO issues rejection after being eligible by CIO so the VO has right to Issue NER but if Provided AOR then its a safer side for the applicant, its my personal opinion ....Generally NDVO does not issue NER directly it give applicant a chance to submit the updated document then only NER is issued as per my understanding...

agreed..but what i read from this forum is they issue NER to MI1 applicants as they were supposed to submit file in their country of origin and not to CIO,NS....rest its upto them..

for MI-3 applicants, its rare to get NER coz CIC have change the process at initial point of receiving an application. Getting a AOR means you are 50% safe.. and you will get visa if you go through BC,SC and Medical after AOR!!
