Congrets Jairam For MR

Same ECAS and Same IN box nothing happen new.Is that true NDVO takes 28 days to reply your mail.I have enquiry them on 25 april and till i have not got answer.

@Goti - I had sent an enquiry on 19th April and got a reply in exactly one month on 19th may.

We guys think that once our file is received by NDVO, we must get an AOR......This is what I found on CIC India site:

"Within 6 weeks of your application being received at this office, you will receive an Acknowledgement of Receipt. This letter will include your unique file number. Your file will be placed in a queue awaiting review. Once your file has been reviewed, we will contact you to advise the results of the review and any next steps you need to take. If your address or contact information changes during processing, you must inform this office in writing. Please include your file number in all correspondence."

This is for abhay175......you nw need to send them a CSE asap.....I guess for u its more than 6 weeks.

@Jaggy - I had sent an enquiry to New delhi office. They said they will provide information to my Representative(Consultant) only. I have asked my consultant to send an inquiry to them

B- we started procrssing on file dd/mm/yyyy
C- medical results have been received
D- decision made

I have a gut feeling that many of u who have recd AOR in end of March, their file is currently being reviewed but must not have started processing .....so the ecas status is not updated........members lik babbubhai,naaz have already travelled abroad, so that may be the reason why its taking time......

@babbubhai & naaz almost 2 months r been completed since u got AOR.....does that mean that we have to wait another month?
