Hello, my wife sent me photos she took for the spousal application (I am the sponsor). I just noticed one is a little longer then the other and the position of the head appears higher in one picture then the other. Also, both of them are a little smaller than the required 70 mm x 50 mm. My question is, should I sent in the application anyway, and just send in new photos if/when they ask for them, or just get new photos (may take a few weeks) and then send in the application.

Please help!

Thanks in advance

You need to get new ones and ensure that they are the size on the specifications. Your application could be returned due to this. Take the few week delay while new pics are done. Have her take the firm
With her to the photographer

I know its not good to cheat...but consider this: she takes fresh pictures with the specifications and emails them to you. Then you print here. She sends you address of photographic studio and you write it on back of the pic. I dont think it is worth waiting for weeks meanwhile this could be done in a few hours and you file in your application. Just my thoughts

They use a stamp on the back of photos. I don't think committing what is fraud would be a good idea on an immigration application (or any kind of application)

I ended up getting her to send me new photos and i sent in my application a few days. Thank you both for your help.
