Applicant from USA

Hi all,

I am not aware of this new rule until I read some of the posted topic.
I want to submit my application (from USA) as FSW, where I am going to send it? Buffalo or Canada?
Can anybody give me the link regarding that new rule, I know it should be in Buffalo,NY all applications coming from USA.

Pleas help. Thank you.

Hi,

Initially, you must submit required docs to Centralized Intake Office in Canada. They will send you a mail that tells you they received the documents and wether you were initially recommended for futher assessment or not.

We submitted our application last NOV.2008 to Buffalo office and was returned for some additional documents and had a received stamp on the first page of the form as well the letter specifying the documents needed for re-submission but there's no deadline stated.

My question is, with the rule that "All new FSW applicant should send the application in Canada office" are oblige to follow this or send it back to Buffalo? Or do we still fall on this new rule since our application had been partially assessed by the Buffalo office prior to April 1, 2009.

Please comment on this.

Hi,

Does the letter say where to submit the additional documents? typical AOR includes address of the visa office where you must send the docs.

I suggest that you try to call Buffalo visa office or email them. My last email to BUffalo took 1 month before they replied only to say that I must follow the guides/instructions.

If the letter they sent you is not clear, I might take it as starting a new application under the new rule.

That's just my opinion.
