Completely agree! I think they will wait strictly 60 days to revise all requested documents (medicals, PCC, etc) and then start asking for PPR to all May, June and maybe July applicants. We should expect a PPR email in early 2015.

However, all of them got PPR on September 24th and 25th at the same time.
It seems to me that they do not ask for PPR when your security or medical is done. There is certain time (which they decide) to ask for PPR.
