I didn't get that, either.
Which officer code sent you your requests, does it start with FA or RK ? I am not sure about the difference, but some say that FA is for final assessment, mine was RK

In the same RPRF request e-mail I had this:

____________________________________________________________________________
Has your family composition changed since our last correspondence?
· Have you married or divorced?
· Have you given birth or adopted a child?
· Do you intend to get married or divorced prior to becoming a permanent resident?
· Do you intend to give birth or adopt a child prior to becoming a permanent resident?
If any of these conditions apply, you must inform Case Processing Center – Ottawa (CPC-O) immediately.

My wife is pregnant and she is expected to give birth by September, do u think I need to inform them ?

Neither FA nor RK code is found in the emails sent by CPC. Are you talking about GCMS note? I didn't order it in recent months.

I think so, because you "intend to" do that.

Check it out again, you should find that code at the end of the first line of their address at the bottom of the e-mail.

Did they send you a confirmation e-mail regarding your reply to the RPRF, medical or any other request ?
By the way, do we have to fill in the RPRF receipt before we e-mail it to them, or we can just write our info. in the e-mail ?

I haven't done the medical exam yet. My wife just finished it two days ago. I emailed the RPRF receipt without filling anyting. When I sent my wife's applicaiton package to CPC, I included the receipt, which was filled, and Biodata. They sent my wife medical request, so I assume that they received everything in the package.

You should finish medical exam ASAP. I thought I had to wait for my wife's medical request, but by the time I knew I don't have to, all clinics had been crazily fully booked.

I would definitely tell them. Not disclosing that fact could be seen as fraudulent. Certainly best to avoid being seen in that light.
