No, you don't have to include your pay stubs or even your t4s in your application. I didn't include any of them and they never asked. But its good to include them in your app if you have them in your hand for further support. It doesn't hurt.belq33 said:Hi everyone,
Can you please tell me if we need to submit pay stubs with my application...or are t4s usually enough?
Thank you
It has the Magic word "assist" . Just one thing, for the TA I don't think you have to put your earning during each semester, so remove "for totals of $2,792 from September 1st 2011 to September 1st 2012, $6,516 from September 1st 2012 to September 1st 2013, and $2850 from September 1st 2013 to December 31st 2013." Put the total hours worked and the duration without any details as it seems not continuous work. you can provide them with the T4 if they ask about any details.linux64 said:I am going to resubmit a new application package and prepared a letter. Would you please let me know your idea about it?

File was reviewed by FA on the 22nd of November which happens to be the same day the RPRF request was generated by GG. Eligibility and Criminality passed the same day (surprisingly the police certificate was more than a year old !!).
Final Assessment Points: 77 (Coincidentally CIO awarded me 77 points more than a year back and that was revised by SL to 56 later)
Work Experience: 21 (4 years)
Adaptability: 5 (Canadian Masters)
Age:10
Education:25
Language:16
Most importantly FA put in this note:
I have assessed the application based on information contained in the file, documents submitted and analysis below. PA submitted a new letter of reference from XXXX which indicates he has 3 years of experience and meets R75(2) and R80(3). Proof of funds seen. I am satisfied PA has sufficient funds.
Note the highlighted portions. This means that the updated letters have to be as consistent as possible with the previous one(s) as regards work hrs, compensation and in case we are adding duties it might be worthwile to submit proof that we actually performed those duties (I gave copies of my CV, Publications, Conference proceedings and posters too). It is a substantive and comprehensive evaluation so evidence does matter.
Bottomline: Reference letters must make sense and be consistent
Technically you could. It would not hurt to update the schedule 3 form as well (just the way Stuck in Quebec did).mike5182 said:Hi, thanks for sharing the information. I have question, if I update my reference letter after 4months, can I add the 4month work to the updated reference letter? Thanks
Congrat. You got your medical request very soon, however, your security took 6 month as other Iranians.HTC2013 said:Hi friends,

No. As long as there is an ongoing correspondence between CIC and me, I thought it doesn't really matter much. Usually the only time the system would be updated is after they receive your medical results. But you can probably use whatever contact information they provide on the Web site to explain the problem. Most likely that won't be CIC itself but someone who is responsible for maintaining the site.ubc2010 said:Thanks,
Did you call CIC to fix such issue
