Nope, but it takes for me almost 2 months to get PCC

Congratulations a_nashed! I'm assuming this PCC is from back home then. Did you submit one when you applied? I mean, did they ask you to submit another one because it was over a year since your application? I'm asking because it might be a good idea for me to request one right now then since it will take at least two months. I did not receive a decision yet, but anyway I will need a new PCC in case I decide to reapply.

EDIT: Oh, and did you pay any other fees other than the CAD 25.00 for the PCC form?

In the blank for highest level of education, as a current phd student, should I fill in "Doctorate-phd" or just "Master Degree" I have obtained?

Fill in your highest educational credential till date (the one for which you have proof of completion in the form of a diploma or a certification form the school of graduate studies). If you haven't completed the PhD as yet, it has to be your MS...

I receive my passport request on Friday, Here is my timeline:

App received : 23 Dec 2011
PER: March 5, 2012
Doc Request: Jan 3, 2013
Medical request: 23 January
RPRF request: May 10, 2013
Passport request: August 2, 2013
Nationality: Iranian

Just to let you know I sent them an email on July 26, inquiring about the status of my application. So for those of you who have waited for a long time you many want to write them an email.

Sorry guys I have been away and haven't checked the forum in a long time, so please any questions to me send them by personal email.
I will be happy to help. Just an update, I did my landing last Wednesday. Everything went smoothly no questions ask, they just stamped the documents, make me sign and give me a brochure.

Yes, this is my Egyptian PCC, i submitted one with my package, but when they start looking to my files it was expired!

For this Egyptian finger prints, you need to get it form the consulate (25CAD) + 25CAD for the Canadian officer.
