if the applicant or their spouse or common-law partner completes further study, works in Canada, arranges employment in Canada, or gains relatives in Canada between application and assessment, and submits the necessary documentation, points must be awarded accordingly.
This is a good piece of information.
Remember there was one applicant a few weeks ago, I forgot her name. She got rejected due to insufficient funds even though she had an offer of employment.
As she said here, the reason for rejection(or one of the reasons) was that the offer was issued after she submitted her application and CPP-O cannot accept it even though the letter reached their office before completion of the assessment.
We also had many other similar cases that they did not accept new/updated work experiences sent later to them. I remember we kind of concluded that work experiences will not be accepted if sent later.
