I don't know about tuition fees. But for OHIP, you need to be only "eligible to apply for PR" not "eligible for PR". So, once you get your PER, even though you later get rejected, you can still renew your OHIP as long as you live in Ontario. Is that correct senior people?

As far as I know that universities in Ontario exempt students from international fees if they receive their PER.

I really don't think it's a good idea to just copy-paste the job duties. Paraphrase them (while still essentially matching them substantially), and make sure you really did perform the duties.

In fact, the following link clearly discouraged people from simply cut-pasting job descriptions from the NOC website

Do not cut and paste the job duties from the NOC website into the reference letters. The job duties listed must be the employer/client’s own description of the actual job duties you performed.

Yes it's for Pilot Ontario PNP FSW, but I'm assuming that it should also apply to FSWP in general.

Not at all. If they consider the first reference letter as incomplete, there will undoubtedly reject the application without making any request.

That's what happened with me. But I think I read on this thread an earlier post that someone was asked to submit another letter and got his/her PER. Not sure though!

That was at the Sydney level. Ottawa never asks for a 2nd reference letter if the 1st one is incomplete.

I'm sure the three of us are not the only ones to have made this mistake. I hope you're right though I sent them an email yesterday to notify them of this mistake, and they told me it should still reach them, even if we did not mention the complete detail. The question is, whether or not this will actually delay processing (like, if you include full-address, then they will immediately open the application, and attach the documents to our files, where if not, they will wait until the end of the due dates, realized the documents were not there, sent email, only to later on find the documents from the mail-room when they actually search for it at the due date).

I understand that, but if that was the case they wouldn't have acknowledged the receipt 1.5 month ago! Well, it's hard to generalize the situation, it's random enough that anything could've gone wrong that caused this. But I totally agree with you, we have to be more careful about all these details, just in case.

I did that 2 month ago. The CIC call centre agent told me "I can guarantee that the case officer would consider it, and you are allowed to do it". There is another person in this forum who did this, and a few days ago got document request. His CAIPS shows the 2nd reference letter has been considered by the case officer. BTW, sending th supplementary reference letter will not have any negative effect on your application, while , if your 1st letter is incomplete, you will be rejected 100%.

Who is that person? Never heard of him/her. The CIC officer told me the same thing last year to me when I called them. They even say this on their FAQ. But they did not consider my second letters.
I would still say send updated letter and do your best, but there is no 100% guarantee they consider it.

I think only translation need to be notorized/certified. Look the checklist.
