Mine appeared after a week or so but it depends. Normally, you should get it within three weeks.

I have submitted my passport on Jan 12 and was reached on jan 13. Still return package is not activated. Did anyone received passport back who submitted early last week.

No worries friend, everyone is waiting. Only one person whose passport reached CPC on Jan 12 got it back yesterday (this person is Orange-girl from cpc ottawa forum) . It seems processing time for returning passports has increased again Maybe thats why they stopped the PPR showers.
