Still waiting for PPR, I know I am not the only one but still can't stop worrying.

Guys, any idea/example for which reasons CIC rejects application after medical?

I sent my application package on Dec 19th, and expected delivery was on 24th.
Then, a processing error happened, it is expected to be delivered on 29th yesterday, and 30th today.
I don't know if cic will still working on that day, I don't know if the parcel will be delayed again.
Why I'm interested in Canada? This lazy, slow, and old country.

Don't worry. If it gets there even by 31st, since CIC is a part of government, they will be open. Your only concern should be Canada post so that it does not delay the delivery once more.

Asking for POF and failing to provide that could be a reason. However as you know, CIC has not asked for PP for a long time. So don't worry. You will probably be the first one of us who will get PPR.

Hello guys, can somebody please provide me his or her take on my previous post? Thanks a lot.

Guys, one more question. My primary occupation is Music Teacher (NOC 5133) and since I have a couple of years of experience on this position I was thinking of declaring this occupation as my intended occupation here in Canada. However, this occupation is not one of the 50 eligible occupations as per CIC website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp. Do you think I should still stick to it since I have some experience?

If it is not among the 50 occupations, you are not eligible to apply using this experience as your primary occupation.
You might be eligible to apply under CEC if you have worked at least for one year of full time (or equivalent part time) continuously provided that your job is under category of 0 or type A or B of NOC 2011.

Thanks Viva2014! But in case I want to apply for example for University Teacher as an intended occupation, could I still use this experience of a Music School Teacher to support my application?

As long as other work experience you provide are under type 0 or A or B of NOC 2011, they will be considered.

Thanks again! And two more questions. I'm sorry if I'm bothering you Viva...

1. I also have experiences which do not classify under the types you mentioned above or were not full-time and one full year in length. I guess I don't need to mention it then?

2. And as a single person, I assume I don't need to submit the forms related to dependants? I know this is a stupid question, just wondering if you guys still submitted them but wrote something like N/A or similar.

Thanks a million!

Hi pepe84,

my emails dont have RK 6165 after French message.
Do you think RK 6165 is not the only one (a person/group) that handles communications?

There might be a typo in your time line, at least your time line for app. filed.

I guess you still need to mention them even though they are not the primary ones.

Regarding the first question, even if you do not mention them in Schedule 3 form, you have to mention them in Background check form.

2. No need to submit any form related to dependents.
