MR? There have only been two people so far that have gotten their MR. Did you mean PER? Some applicants with outside work experience too were getting issued PER pretty fast lately. If anything, during the early days, people with just TA/RA applicants used to wait a little longer to get PER, some even got rejected for not having enough points (some appealed and got their NER overturned), though lately, this too has been fixed due to the different interpretation by the officers of the 5 adaptability points.
