Send them a polite request for your application status update via webform.

I did and they sent an email saying they transferred to the responsible office and urged me to contact AVO. Those ones never pick their calls!

Accra doesn't extend medicals. Brace up for a new medical examination. I did mine without waiting for medical request anyway so it's your choice

You won’t get Accra on the phone. You have to contact them via webform.

Patience bro. Few things you can do like request GCMS Notes, send Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) via webform

It's always best not to put one's life on hold while waiting for PR, live your life, make other plans, work etc while you wait and pray!!
