Yes, they do need to stamp your passport, but that is usually at the point of actual exchange, i.e. when they're handing over the cash to you.

Got invitation to apply (ITA)= 06/01/216
Payment and application submitted to CIC= 26/01/2016
Got PPR and other documents submission 3months and 3weeks= 10/05/2016
Document sent on to AVO= 12/05/2016
Document received by AVO= 16/05/2016

However, I am using agent in canada who has my login, Thought I have requested for myCIC account snapshot, if there is any changes the house will be inform.
sj_naija passport got to AVO 2 working days before mine and My passport was received 2 days before Aby444, I'm hopeful before the weekend i will have a good news for the house.

Passport submitted on 24th of May 2016.
Application approved and closed today 1st of June 2016 in my CIC account but have not receive any letter yet. Accra visa office. Guys thanks so much for your inputs in this forum it's been of great help to me. When can I expect the pick up letter In my mail?.

Invitation received on 6th of February 2016.
Passport requested on 19th May 2016.
Passport submitted on 24th of May 2016.
Application approved and closed today 1st of June 2016 in my CIC account but have not receive any letter yet. Accra visa office. Guys thanks so much for your inputs in this forum it's been of great help to me. When can I expect the pick up letter In my mail?.
