They requested;

1.IMM5406 (Repalcement needed)
2. Letter of Explanation (Replacement needed)

For IMM5406, I will fill a new copy and include with my PPR letter to post to AVO. I will also upload same in MyCIC

What am I supposed to upload in LOE (replacement needed?)

Congrats One Topsy, your advice helped me calm down at the highest point of expectations. I wrote in my LOE that nothing has changed in my family structure.And thats all.If something has changed maybe a new baby or an adopted child you have to tell them. Otherwise its just a small note reminding them your family structure is same as when you applied. Congrats Boss...

Went in progress on 23rd Feb n PPR on the 2nd Mar family size of 2 and no additional stuff.

It appears am the only one in this boat. I sent my passport to Ghana through VFS, Abuja since February 11, 2016 and no update till now. Anybody with same experience with VFS?
