God!!!, I can't thank you enough!

Finally the long awaited PICK-UP MAIL and VISA-CORPS is at hand!!!
At last our kidnap, hijack, Captured, Seized PASSPORTS are finally released to us. LOL.....
Pick up mail landed on the 30 Nov. Parcel delivered this morning. Passport stayed with AVO for about 29weeks, that is 6months, 3weeks and 3days.

Thanks to God and my efamily and forum mate on the waiting list for all their support and prayers during these waiting time. May the rain of updates (MR,PPR,PICKUP mail) continue to flow from AVO to this family. To everyone waiting we will rejoice with you tomorrow in Jesus name.

I cannot stop without taking this opportunity say a BIG thank you to this house for all your love appreciate the amazing support and wonderful contributions of everyone on this platform, particularly Exalted1, Sherifat (we got PPR same day), Pipis Husband and Neyobash and all to mention a few. Your generosity is very much appreciated, with the information and help available on this forum, the use of a consultant would have been totally unnecessary for me if I had found out about the forum earlier before PPR. To everyone awaiting positive updates from AVO, it will soon be your turn to celebrate IJMN, Amen. It will surely end in praise!!!

As i am required to fill and submit an updated family information (IMM8), will like to confirm if this is the same as the IMM008 as can't find the IMM8.

And lastly according to the photo specs it's required to write my name and DOB and also the date, name and address of the photography studio pls will like to know if that is correct.

Thanks my dear sister for your prayers and support during the waiting period, guess what, my GCMS confirmed that the delay is bcuz we never upload the MM008 form, the hard copy we sent with the passports where not attended to. until we ask our representative to do so bcuz we don't have access to the mycic account. Flight booking is on progress I will send you a pm later.

Hello everyone, my mom received her COPR today. Below is a quick timeline recap

Here is my timeline:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on January 8 2014.

2.We started processing your application on June 8, 2016.

3.Medical requested on June 8, 2016. Medical was completed on June 13, 2016

4.Medical results have been received.

5.PPR on November 3, 2016 with police clearance certificate and RP photo. PP, police clearance certificate and PR photo was received on November 9 in Accra.

6. Receive an email on November 14 that PR photo was not taken based on specification and requested another one before the file can be finalized.

7. Sent another photo on November 14th and was received on November 16th.

8. I sent an email with the proof of delivery of the photo with the name of the person that signed for the courier(dhl) on November 16th and a follow up email on November 29th

9. Application Status changed from in process to Decision made on December 6

10. PP collection email received December 9, 2016

11. PP and COPR received through DHL on December 14.

FYI: The visa was issued on December 2nd

On the portal, you'll see the link to upload the form 8 and all additional documents. Upload the documents in the portal then mail your passport (a well as the same documents you uploade) to avo.

Yes, you need to write your make, date of birth as well as the name, address and date of the photography studio. Pls use a good studio since the pics would also be used for your pr cards.
