Your high school academic record is not good....
Secondly, if you stuided with English instruction, your ielts is not good enough which is 6.5....but you never stuided with English instruction, ielts 6.5 is acceptable for study visa purpose. Your university has 7 backlogs that shows you are not a strong student...

As, i can see 6.5 bands fulfill the requirements of both institute and cic, secondly, cic accept upto -8 backlogs, thirdly, secondary school studies doesnt matter if there is improvement in academics after post secondary...
So, y my application was refused??

You are right. None of these matter. Travel history until and unless you traveled to certain terrorist hubs/motherships or war-torn countries.

Were you able to clearly explain in your SOP about career progression and how pursuing this course in Canada will help you in future. Resettling back
in your country of origin etc. For those who say SOP doesn't matter, it matters a lot.

Just for the sake of asking : Did you attach a backlog summary? I guess you might have and if so was it very clear about semester wise pass/fails.
Was this on college or Uni's letterhead? I don't see missing marks card reason in your comment so you might be good in this aspect.

I visited singapore, mayasia and thailand for just seven days
And in the same year i visited italy and france for 22 days..
I guess it doesnt make concern of weak travel history...
I dont know how the vo assess an application..

Your travel history is allright.

Did you read second and third para of my comment? How can you expect people to give you "appropriate solution" when
you don't even bother to read and reply to "appropriate questions" asked.

Volunteers here spend their quality time to help people like you and the appropriate solution lies in ordering CAIPS notes whicj
will tell you clearly about the appropriate action VO took and on what basis.

Buddy order for CAIPS notes as I don't see any plausible ground for your refusal.

How much ITR did you show and whose was it?

BTW why was it rejected first time? Was it the same course or a different one? and are you in EE pool by any chance.

I showed an ITR of six lacs that include father and mother
And additional 2.5 lac by my brother...

Different course this time shows your intention is to just come to Canada somehow. Why did
you change the course, if I may ask.
