Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Has anybody filed an appeal for a provincial nomination application that has been refused due to lack of points, and became approved? If anybody has done so successfully, please share what you did and how it went.

application has been refused due to lack of points, but certain factors like education have not been given points. Appeal letter has been sent many months ago to point this out to them, including supporting documents, but still no reply. Follow up has been sent already, but also waiting for reply on this.

Can anybody help?

How many points they reward to you and how individualy. If you elobrate it clearly,it helps us.and in which factor your point is less.what reason they gave to you,for rejection....

the visa officer did not give any points for the 2 year vocational diploma I finished. If they gave full points for that, I will pass.

As I already mentioned, the reason is not enough points.

But my question to everybody is this: has anybody successfully appealed for a refused application, and overturned that decision? Because if there has not been an application that has been appealed successfully, I'm thinking of surrendering this, and just applying for a new application.

Please, anybody with the same situation who can help? Please share if you have.

I haven't heard that before but I guess if you're planning to send a new application, try to smooth it out first before sending your application. Make sure that you have the right points assessed by you and much better get the opinion of other person just to make sure that your self assessment is unbiased. In my opinion, the appeal doesn't make sense because once they have made their decision it is more likely that they'll stand for that and maybe they don't want to accept that the way they processed the papers is wrong.
