Waiting time since appeal to get an decision?

thank you kial for your reply by any chance do you know, how long does it take for the appeal decision? I want to study further, so thinking for applyin for a student permit, by law I can't study at this situation without a student permit. So yep...

CIC won't issue a study permit while you are appealing a refusal.

Thank you scylla. I also got info from irb site stating its 90days period, may take long if hearing is held... Pls do pray for me... Regardin studies, alightie then got to wait

I called irb and ask the agent about my appeal he said they already assigned someone for my case but no decision yet
Assigned I didn’t understand?

good to hear from you Majid. Your case is assigned to IRB member to review your Refusal. RAD Member can overturn the RPD decision determine you are a Convention Refugee. InshaAllah you will get decision in 90 days.

Congratulations brother Amjad for having great news. May I ask that how long is it taking to have RAD decision now a days. It’s been 4 months since I have submitted appeal to RAD.
