Hi! Has anyone here ever won an appeal based on Humanitarian and compassionate grounds in the best interest of a child?

There have been - but it would depend on what you are trying to overcome (i.e. why the H&C application is needed). That makes a big difference.

I won the appeal at the hearing on September 30th in Toronto. The Ministers council allowed the appeal on H&C grounds based on the best interest of the child. Original refusal was due to being criminally inadmissible, for a DUI in 2014. First and only criminal offence and it was suspended. It was over five years ago but the courts took two years for sentencing which really complicated everything on the rehabilitation grounds.
I am not sure how these cases are processed in appeals , do you know if they usually fast tracked?

If this was as a result of an appeal - you would be best off to ask in the appeals thread. I don't believe cases are fast tracked.
