You're being too vague which makes it difficult to help. Did you not have enough evidence? Did they doubt your relationship was genuine, if so why? Have you visited each other often? Etc.

Doesn't seems like the you are capable to appeal it yourself, so I think you should get a lawyer to help you.

No one is asking you for private or identifying information (like names, photos, addresses, etc).

People are asking you for basic relationship information such as when did you meet, how long have you been together, how long have you been married, do you live together, etc. Things that help put this in context.

If you're unable to or unwilling to provide it, that's totally fine. But no one can help you if there's no info to go off of.
