Although I wish you good luck with your appeal, my suspicion is that it will be a fruitless one.
I believe that what CIC did was immoral, but ultimately not actually illegal. The judge making the decision did seem to genuinely sympathize with the applicants involved, but in the end had to admit that his hands were tied because CIC had not broken the law.
When you say you cannot apply again, I don't believe that's true. There are other routes open to getting into Canada if you are not on the in-demand occupations list.
Have you considered trying to secure a job offer and applying through FSW2 or PNP? Perhaps see if you can get a visitor visa and arrange a trip over to Canada for a couple of weeks and try to get as many interviews as you can?
This is a logistically harder route, but by no means impossible.
