Hi everyone

I have my hearing tomorrow for my appeal and I am filling for HR, do you have any tips out there that would ease my mind and worries

I have a apartment here with a lease till September, if unsuccessful would I be told to leave the country? I have literally had a promotion through my work today as well which makes it even more worried.

My wife is here on a work permit and my brother lives here too and has been a permanent resident for 10 years and has just had a child born 3 months ago and I want to be a part of his life, I did not complete my days in canada the first time round as I went home and I had lost five of my family members which prevented me from coming back as I was the only family member apart from my mother.

I'm really worried about tomorrow

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
That is excellent advice.

To the OP; have you seen this:

It looks like that if your appeal is denied, you would [eventually] need to leave Canada. I don't know how quickly the removal order would be issued, but...just focus on winning your appeal!

Good luck to you.
